Através de College Degree hemos encontrado este SUPER POST en inglés sobre mapas mentales. El mapa mental es un método visual o una técnica gráfica para tomar notas y así de esta manera poder estructurar las ideas y permitir acceder al potencial del cerebro. Es una técnica creada por Tony Buzan, investigador en el campo de la inteligencia y presidente de la Brain Foundation y nuestro amigo en el Facebook.

Se puede utilizar para múltiples usos. Desde explorar un problema, generar ideas o estructurar grandes volúmenes de información de forma esquemática

Pasos:
-Tomamos una hoja de papel (preferiblemente A3).
-El foco, el asunto o el problema lo situamos en el medio.
-Cada tema principal hay que resolverlo en tres niveles contando el centro que irá ramificando hacia a fuera.
-Utilizaremos: imágenes, palabras clave, colores, todo lo que nos ayude a visualizar, recordar esa información

El mapa mental es una representación así que cada mapa mental se adaptará al estilo de cada persona. La técnica es esquematizar, representar visualmente y el modo en que se representa depende de cada persona,
está muy abierto.
